7-Day Return Policy:
Full Refund* within 7 days of purchase or 7 days from delivery date if the item has been shipped.
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase in original condition with all packaging and original sales receipt or subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.
*Shipping Charges are Not Refundable - No Refund after 7 days.

US Priority & First Class Mail Shipped Items:
Ship the order back to: Guitar Stop 1760 Mass Ave, Cambridge, MA 02140
A full refund minus the initial shipping charge will be processed and an email confirmation will be sent the day the order is received.
FedEx Ground or UPS Ground Shipped Items:
Guitar Stop will email you a return shipping label. Repack the order in all the original packaging. Once you receive the return label bring your order to the corresponding drop off center. All returned items will be charged a shipping and handling fee each way. A full refund minus shipping and handling charge will be processed and an email confirmation will be sent the day the order is received at Guitar Stop.
